GETTING SET UP:
First, you need to be an established customer. If you are not a customer
you can call us at 330/528-0410 and ask to speak to an account representative
regarding your type of business.
|
Second, after you are an established customer we need to set your access to the secure
portions of the Arrow's web site. Below is a list of the information that you should
have available when you call your sales representative.
We need to know the email address that you would like
to have Arrow contact you with regards to and transactions that have occurred between
Arrow and your company. We would like to know the type of Internet browser that you
are currently using to access the web. And finally, we need to know the password that
you would like to use to access the site (please try to be creative when picking
your password - since this is a password choosing something like your company name is
usually not very secure). top
|
CHANGING PASSWORD:
If you want to change your password simply call your sales representative and tell them
the new password that you want to use. We will call you back to verify that you do
want to change your password and then will confirm the change. Arrow recommends that you
change your password several time a year to prevent unauthorized access to the site.

OLD WEB ORDERS:
Once you have started an order you do not have to finish it immediately. You can let an
order wait for several days until you are ready to place the order. On the seventh day
after you have started an order but not placed, you will receive an email telling you that
the order will be deleted in three days. On the tenth day after you have started but not
placed an order you will receive an email stating that the order has been deleted. Any time
before the tenth day you can place the order by logging on to the on-line ordering pages,
selecting the order from the open orders list and clicking the 'process this order' button
on the first order page and finally clicking
the 'place order' button when the second order page is displayed.
