Ordering Web Site – Use must log on to the site to access any feature now.
Log in window (gray box on right): Enter the account number in the top text box and your password in the lower text box. If your account number has only zeros after the period (123.0000) then you can use just the numbers before the period (123). If your account number has any number other then a zero after the period you must enter the full account number. After your first login the site will remember the account number for you. When you log: if you have no orders that are not submitted to ATM one is automatically created and it becomes the working order. If you have one open order that order becomes the working order. If you have more the one open order you are redirected to the ‘Order Status’ pages, where you will have to select which order to become the working order.
Search our Titles (white box in center) – Select the configuration, search criteria, sort order, and search value in the appropriate areas. You can also select weather to display artwork or cost. You can hit the enter key verses clicking the search button to activate the query. Below is an example of a result from a query.

Information Window (gray/blue box in center) – Shows information about the current order, including order number, number of items on order, order value, any discount accumulated. Any problems that are encountered will be displayed in this area as well.

Forgot your password – If you forget your password enter your account number in the login area and click this link. An email will be sent to the address on file with your password. If your account has multiple users for one account number, then a list of the email address’ on file will be displayed. Select your email address and an email will be sent to you.

– When you are working in an order you can click this link to view
the order and items that are on that order. You will be able to change the

Independent Retail Home – take user to the home page of Independent Retail
Order Status – Clicking this link displays a summary listing of the 20 most recent orders for your account. If the order has not been submitted to ATM then there will be a ‘click here’ link in the ‘edit/status’ column. Clicking that link will enter you into that order and display the detail of the order and allow you to continue working on the order. If the order has been submitted to ATM then the order number of will be selectable. Clicking the order number will enter you into the order for viewing only.
Below the list of orders will be a complete list of items in your back order queue. You will be able to update/delete any item that is in the queue that is not on an order.
New Releases – Currently only DVD, VHS, DVD or VHS, CD & CS are available. You can get a complete listing for each product type or select one of the available genres to limit the number of titles displayed. New release lists are available for the previous 4 weeks as well as the coming 11 weeks (as information becomes available).
Charts – There are currently 5 charts of selected product. These charts are updated weekly.
DB Update – For customers who use the certain third-party software, updates are available to be downloaded. These files are updated weekly.
HCMG/AIMS/DMRC Returns – For customers who have product thru the HCMG, AIMS or DMRC programs. Click here to get your return authorization information.
Other Products – A listing of the other product lines available to ATM customers, including: Media (CD-R, DVD-R, Blank Tapes), Electronic accessories, Storage, Textile Posters, Window Clings, Incense and others.
