Company/Department Position Title Reports To Position Description Position Location Preferred Qualifications ICM / Sales Sales/Service Reps – Memphis, TN Sales Manager Service existing customers and build new business in territory. This is an independent contractor position.   Memphis, TN 1-3 years retail service or retail sales experience, including cold calling and calling on existing accounts; Basic Internet navigation skills; The ability and desire to provide excellent service to existing accounts and to establish and manage good working relationships with store personnel; High school diploma – a college degree is a plus! Must have reliable transportation EDGE / Accounting Accounts Receivable Associates (2) Credit Manager Set up and maintain customer accounts. Perform credit reference checks. Respond to customer inquiries. Monitor and collect past due accounts. Perform routine credit approvals. Streetsboro, OH 2-5 years experience in commercial credit collections. Proficient in Excel. Excellent telephone and organizational skills. Attention to detail. ICM / Operations ICM Distribution Center Supervisor ICM Distribution Center Manager Assist in leading team of associates in completing all distribution tasks, including receiving; product put away; order processing; picking; packing; shipping; and inventory control. Train associates in the proper procedures to accomplish their assigned tasks. Develop and implement methods to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Meet deadlines for receiving; product put away; returns; and shipping. Streetsboro, OH Formal supervisory training plus at least 1 year related supervisory experience or at least 3 years related supervisory experience. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
